There are two types of information that we obtain from you, and then store and use:

We do not collect any personal information from you when you visit the Services unless you expressly and voluntarily participate in an activity that asks for it and you voluntarily provide it.  To put it another way, FOR US TO HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOU HAVE TO HAVE MADE A CHOICE TO KNOWINGLY GIVE IT TO US.

Uses of Information

We use voluntarily provided personal information to communicate directly with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third party data vendors or marketing companies. As you might expect, we also disclose your information when required by law.

We use non-personal information to administer the Services, make it better, and to make decisions about our business.

You do not have to provide personal information to enjoy most of the features of the Services. Supreme Oil Company  Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the Services.  By visiting the Services, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy as they may be amended from time to time. This privacy policy is incorporated into and is part of the Terms and Conditions of Use, which governs your use of the Services in general.

What Information is Collected on the Services and How is it Used?

Personal Information. 

We collect information about you that could reasonably be used to identify you as an individual or allow online or offline contact with you as an individual (“Personal Information”). Personal information may include name, date of birth, home/business addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, license plate information and billing information. Personal Information is collected through your activities on the Services including when you subscribe for an account, submit payment, and/or submit a comment or question to us using a “contact us” or similar feature on the Services.

We use Personal Information primarily for the purpose it is requested and for other reasonable internal business purposes.

Usage Information.

We may inactively collect non-personal information through the use of “tracking technologies”, such as “cookies”, allowing us to automatically collect certain information from your visit to the Services (“Usage Information”).

Usage Information is used to allow us to administer the Services, make your activities more convenient and efficient and to enhance the functionality of the Services, such as remembering certain of your information thereby saving you time.  We may also use Usage Information and aggregate statistics regarding user behavior as a measure of interest in, and use of, the Services.

Do We Share Information with Others?

Third Party Providers.

We may share your information, including Person Information, with our service providers and other third parties that help us operate and/or provide products or services for the Services and our business, including for the processing of online rent payments.

Legally Compelled Disclosures.

We may disclose your information, including Personal Information, to government authorities, and to other third parties when compelled to do so by government authorities, at our discretion, or otherwise as required or permitted by law, including but not limited to responding to court orders and subpoenas.  We also may disclose such information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of the Services, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Business Transfer.

If Supreme Oil Company or its affiliates, or substantially all of its or their assets, are acquired by one or more third parties as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation or liquidation, Personal Information may be one of the transferred assets.

What Additional Information is Collected if the Services is Viewed Through a Mobile Device?

By accessing the Services from your mobile device, we may receive uniquely identifiable mobile device information made available by mobile services providers.  In addition, we may collect mobile phone numbers which we may associate with the mobile device identification information.   Some mobile phone service providers also operate systems that pinpoint the physical location of devices and we may receive this information as well.

How Does the Services Interact with Other Applications and Services including Social Networking?

We may implement features, functions and technologies, including applications, that will allow you to interface with other sites or services that are not under our control, including Facebook.  Certain features, functions and technologies may include, but are not limited to the use of so-called “share links.” A “share link” is a button and/or text link appearing on the Services that enables the launch of a sharing mechanism whereby you can post links to, and content from, the Services onto social networking web sites.  In addition, by using certain features, functions and technologies, you are allowing us to access your information on those other sites and services, and you are agreeing to those other sites’ and services’ terms of use including privacy policies.  Your use of those other sites and services is subject to the privacy policies of those sites and services and not this privacy policy.  We have no control of the use of such third party technology, the information they collect or how they use such information.

How Change and Limit Use of User Account Personal Information?

If we are using personal information you provided to send you materials, such as newsletters and promotions, via email or text, and you decide you don’t want to receive such materials, you may opt out by sending an e-mail to us with your name, mailing address and/or e-mail address to  When we receive your request, we will take reasonable steps to remove your name from our distribution lists.

If you maintain a profile on the Services, you may review and change personal information that is stored in your user account on the Services by visiting the “Manage Profile” section.

You should also understand that deletion of a profile may not stop all communications from us.  For instance, if you continue to separately submit forms to us after you delete your user profile, you will be voluntarily submitting your personal information through those separate means. .  

What Security Precautions are Implemented on the Services?

We will take all reasonable security precautions to protect your Personal Information provided to the Services.  However, due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our system or otherwise in our care, will be free from unauthorized access or that loss, misuse, destruction or alteration will not occur.  We disclaim any liability for any theft or loss of, unauthorized access or damage to or interception of any data or communications.

What if You Submit Information Outside the United States?

Because Supreme Oil Company is based in the United States, this privacy policy is consistent with United States law and practice and is not adapted to other laws including European data security laws.  By agreeing to this privacy policy, you consent to Supreme Oil Company transmitting to and processing data in the United States, a jurisdiction whose laws who may not offer data protections equivalent to your home country’s and Supreme Oil Company will apply the laws of the United States including as embodied in this privacy policy in place of data protections under your country’s law. That is, you freely and unambiguously consent that terms of this privacy policy, not your home country’s laws, control how Supreme Oil Company will process personal data about you.

What are Third-Party Hyperlinks on the Services?

When you are on the Services you may have the opportunity to visit, or link to, other web sites not operated by us.  We do not control web sites that are operated by these entities and are not responsible for the information practices of these web sites.  This privacy policy does not address the information practices of those other web sites.   The privacy policies of web sites operated by such third parties should be located on those web sites.  We do not assume any responsibility or liability for any third party web site operators or advertisers’ data collection and privacy practices, their failure to abide by their privacy policies or the content of any third party web sites.

Is the Services Intended for Use by Children?

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 and all services available for sale on the Services are intended for individuals over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, maintain or store personal information, via the Services or otherwise, from children under 13 years of age.

How Will You Be Notified of Changes to this Privacy Policy?
